We create our sweet jewel like chocolates by first crystallising citrus fruit in sugar syrup and then coating them in dark chocolate. Our dipped crystallised fruit is available in strips of peel or slices of the full fruit and our selection includes orange, lemon, grapefruit and lime.
Due to the crystallisation processes involved we normally need between 3-5 days in which to create this item.
